These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AmpLeaf Goods (the "storefront") and any purchases you make through it. AmpLeaf Goods is an independent, multi-brand retailer of chargers and power banks from Baseus, INIU, Zendure, and Native Union. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

About the Storefront and Its Operator

The storefront operates at ampleaf.shop. The storefront is owned and operated by Harborview Commerce Group LLC, an independent, closely held retail operations company registered in the United States, with a postal address at Unit 412, 87 Harborview Drive, Portland, OR 97205, United States. Harborview Commerce Group LLC operates the storefront under the AmpLeaf Goods brand name. It is not affiliated with, owned by, or an agent of any of the manufacturers whose products are listed, and it is not the storefront's brand itself. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean the storefront and its operating company.

The operator's responsibilities include curating and describing all products, processing orders, payments, and fulfillment logistics, administering the storefront's published shipping, returns, and warranty-handling procedures, operating all customer-service departments, and maintaining the accuracy of pricing, promotions, and product information across the storefront.

Independent Retailer Status

AmpLeaf Goods is an independent third-party retailer. We are not an official Baseus, INIU, Zendure, or Native Union website, and we do not present ourselves as, or claim to represent, any manufacturer's official channels. Brand names are used solely to identify the genuine products we sell.

Use of the Storefront and Eligibility

By using ampleaf.shop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into binding contracts. You may use the storefront only for lawful personal purchases. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy content without permission, place fraudulent orders, or use the storefront in any way that violates applicable law.

Accounts

You may be able to check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Catalog and Product Information

We currently list approximately 386 products across our four supported brands. Before any product goes live, its listing is checked against the manufacturer's official specifications, model numbers, and certification markings; photos, capacity, wattage, and compatibility claims must match the manufacturer's published data or the listing is not published.

We describe all goods as new and genuine. Clearance or prior-generation stock is described as such on the relevant listing. We do not sell refurbished, counterfeit, or imitation goods. Despite our care, product information may occasionally contain errors; we correct these as identified and reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors before fulfilling an order, as described below.

Pricing, Promotions, and Coupon Terms

All prices are shown in USD. As an independent, authorized-channel reseller with low overhead and batch purchasing within one narrow category, we can pass distributor-level savings to customers. Prices may differ between brands and models because each brand sets its own wholesale terms, and occasional dips occur when we secure volume lots or end-of-run stock. A lower price on one model reflects buying terms, never a difference in how an item is sourced, checked, or supported — every item follows the same intake inspection, storage, packaging, and after-sales process.

Site promotions, including our published coupon offer, are funded from our own marketing budget and distributor volume rebates — never from reduced-quality stock, grey-market sourcing, or weakened after-sales handling.

Current promotion: apply code LEAF10 at checkout for 10% off eligible items. Coupon eligibility follows checkout rules. We may modify or end promotions at any time, and promotional pricing applies only while an offer is live at checkout.

Orders

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the full amount paid.

Payment

We accept credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed through the storefront's supported checkout providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Prices are charged in USD, and your card issuer or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction fees.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders over $45.00. Standard shipping is $8.00 for orders below that threshold. Delivery estimates, where shown, are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in the condition received, with packaging and accessories where possible. Once a return is received and reviewed, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or from an accepted authenticity or quality claim. Warranty

Warranty coverage follows the manufacturer terms provided with each product. We do not state, extend, or modify manufacturer warranty durations. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, you may contact the manufacturer directly; for sourcing-related issues, we handle resolution ourselves as described below.

Authenticity and Quality Commitment

Every product sold is a genuine, new article of the named brand, obtained through authorized distributors or brand wholesale channels, with invoices and batch documentation retained for each purchase lot. Sourcing from unverified liquidators, gray-market brokers, or unlisted marketplaces is prohibited by our internal policy. Incoming batches are spot-inspected for packaging integrity, serial and hologram markings, and accessory completeness; power banks are checked for stated capacity labeling and intact safety markings before shelving; all units are stored in temperature-controlled, dry conditions with battery-state-of-charge maintenance for power banks on long shelf stays.

If You Believe an Item Is Not Genuine or Has a Quality Concern

On delivery, we encourage you to verify the sealed packaging, confirm the model number against the listing, check the manufacturer's authenticity markings or verification codes where the brand provides them, and test charging performance within the 30-day return window.

To raise a claim, contact support@ampleaf.shop and include:

• Your order number from your confirmation email.
• The product name and model number as listed on the storefront and on the item's packaging.
• A clear description of the authenticity or quality concern.
• Photographs of the packaging, the product markings, and, where relevant, the charging behavior or defect.

Our review process is as follows: a claim acknowledgment is sent with a case reference; the claim is assessed against the retained purchase-lot documentation for the batch in question; complex cases may be escalated to the brand's authorized-channel representative for batch verification; and a written outcome — refund, replacement, or documented explanation — is provided to you.

If you reasonably believe an item is not genuine, we will, at your choice, refund the full purchase price including standard return shipping, or replace the item with a verified unit — without requiring you to navigate the manufacturer's process. You do not need to pursue the manufacturer first for sourcing-related issues; we own resolution and commit to a written outcome for every accepted claim, resolved within our published return framework.

Customer Support

Customer support is available by email at support@ampleaf.shop. Our shared service window is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding US federal holidays. First response is within one business day during the service window. Messages received outside the window are queued in order of arrival and answered at the start of the next business day — no request is skipped or lost overnight. Include your order number or the email used at checkout and a short description of your request. General inquiries are triaged to the correct specialist department, and unresolved general matters are escalated to the after-sales department lead; department-level disputes go to operations management.

Intellectual Property

The storefront's name, layout, text, and design are protected by intellectual-property rights owned or licensed by the operating company. Baseus, INIU, Zendure, and Native Union trademarks belong to their respective owners, and our use of those names is nominative — to identify the genuine goods we sell — and does not imply affiliation or endorsement. If you are a rights holder with an intellectual-property concern, contact our legal and privacy team as described below.

Service Availability

We aim to keep ampleaf.shop available at all times, but the storefront is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including product availability, without notice, and we are not liable for downtime, interruptions, or technical failures.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the storefront and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturers, not by us, and follow the manufacturer terms provided with each product.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operating company and its principals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the storefront or any purchase. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order or the storefront will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, reflecting our operating location in Portland, Oregon. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the storefront after posting constitutes acceptance. Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of the order.
