An independent specialist in chargers and power banks

AmpLeaf Goods is an independent third-party retailer focused on one narrow category: charging accessories. We stock wall chargers, car chargers, cables, and portable power banks from Baseus, INIU, Zendure, and Native Union — 386 products at the time of writing — so that you can compare specs, capacity, wattage, and pricing in one place before checkout. We are not the official site of any of these manufacturers, and we do not present ourselves as one. We are a specialist retailer that buys through authorized channels and sells under our own name.

The storefront launched in 2021 and is operated by Harborview Commerce Group LLC, an independent, closely held retail operations company registered in the United States. Harborview Commerce Group LLC runs the storefront under the AmpLeaf Goods brand name. It is not affiliated with, owned by, or an agent of any manufacturer whose products we list, and it is not the brand itself — the brand you shop under is AmpLeaf Goods, and the operating company behind it is Harborview Commerce Group LLC.

What the operating company handles

Harborview Commerce Group LLC owns and manages the day-to-day commerce operations of the storefront, including:

  • Curating, listing, and describing every product offered on the site.
  • Processing orders and payments through the storefront's supported checkout providers, plus fulfillment logistics.
  • Administering our published shipping, returns, and warranty-handling procedures.
  • Operating all customer-service departments and honoring the service commitments published on this site.
  • Maintaining the accuracy of pricing, promotions, and product information.

Our registered postal address is Unit 412, 87 Harborview Drive, Portland, OR 97205, United States. There is no physical retail footprint — the operation is deliberately compact and low-overhead, which is part of how our pricing works (more on that below).

Why we focus only on charging accessories

The team behind AmpLeaf Goods came from consumer-electronics distribution and e-commerce operations, and chose to specialize exclusively in charging gear. That means staying current on USB-C Power Delivery, GaN technology, fast-charging protocols, and airline-safe battery capacities — the details that actually determine whether a charger or power bank will work well with your specific devices.

Because this is all we do, our staff are trained to answer capacity, wattage, and device-compatibility questions directly rather than reading from generic scripts. If you write to support@ampleaf.shop asking whether a 100W USB-C cable supports Samsung's 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0 protocol, whether a 27,000mAh power bank at 99Wh is the largest battery allowed in carry-on luggage without airline approval, or why a magnetic power bank charges an iPhone more slowly over its 7.5W wireless path than over its 20W wired port, you'll get a substantive answer from someone who knows the product line.

How we choose what to list

We don't list every SKU from every approved brand. Each potential product is evaluated against practical criteria:

  • Verified charging performance — does the real-world output match the claimed wattage and protocol support?
  • Build quality — materials, cable strain relief, connector fit, and overall construction.
  • Safety certifications — certification markings that match the manufacturer's published data.
  • Real-world compatibility — with popular devices like recent iPhones, Galaxy flagships, MacBooks, and iPads.
  • Feedback history — what verified buyers report over time.

Products that fail any criterion are not listed, even at attractive wholesale terms. The value model is curation plus clarity: fewer, better-vetted choices, honest spec presentation, plain-language comparisons between similar models, and support staff who can actually recommend the right charger for a specific device instead of the most expensive one.

Why our prices are often lower

Attractive pricing at AmpLeaf Goods comes from how the business is built, not from shortcuts in sourcing or service. Four factors combine:

Operating model

  • We are an independent, authorized-channel reseller with no brand-owned markups, retail rent, or large salaried sales staff to recover.
  • Inventory is bought in concentrated batches within one narrow category, so we can commit to larger per-order volumes from distributors than a general electronics retailer could.
  • A deliberately small catalog keeps warehousing, listing, and overhead costs far below those of broadline retailers — and those savings are reflected in shelf prices.

Sourcing economics

  • Goods come through authorized regional distributors and, where available, direct brand wholesale programs — no extra middleman tiers.
  • Chargers and power banks are lightweight, compact, and stackable, so bulk consolidation keeps inbound freight cost per unit unusually low.
  • Overstock, end-of-generation, and seasonal-buy opportunities are used selectively. Items acquired this way are still new and genuine, but may be closer to a model refresh cycle.

Operating efficiency

  • Order processing, label generation, and carrier handoff are largely automated, cutting fulfillment labor cost.
  • Customer service is handled by a small specialist team through email rather than a call center, materially lowering service overhead.
  • Packaging uses right-sized recyclable materials, reducing both material and dimensional-weight shipping costs.

Promotions and how they're funded

Site promotions — including our coupon offer — are funded from our own marketing budget and distributor volume rebates, never from reduced-quality stock, grey-market sourcing, or weakened after-sales handling. You can apply code LEAF10 at checkout for 10% off eligible items; coupon eligibility follows checkout rules.

Why prices vary between models and over time

Prices differ between brands and models because each brand sets its own wholesale terms. Occasional dips happen when we secure volume lots or end-of-run stock. A lower price on one model reflects buying terms — never a difference in how the item is sourced, checked, or supported. A discounted item follows exactly the same intake inspection, storage, packaging, and after-sales process as a full-price item. By combining category concentration, low overhead, batch purchasing, and efficient fulfillment, we can pass distributor-level savings to customers while still sourcing from authorized channels.

Authenticity, quality controls, and how claims are handled

Our authenticity commitment

Every product sold on AmpLeaf Goods is a genuine, new article of the named brand, obtained through authorized channels. We do not sell refurbished, counterfeit, or imitation goods, and we describe any clearance or prior-generation stock as such.

Sourcing standard: every unit is purchased through authorized distributors or brand wholesale channels, with invoices and batch documentation retained for each purchase lot. Sourcing from unverified liquidators, gray-market brokers, or unlisted marketplaces is prohibited by internal policy.

How listings are reviewed before going live

Before a product is published, the listing is checked against the manufacturer's official specifications, model numbers, and certification markings. Photos, capacity, wattage, and compatibility claims must match the manufacturer's published data — if they don't, the listing is not published.

Quality controls on the shelf

  • Incoming batches are spot-inspected for packaging integrity, serial and hologram markings, and accessory completeness.
  • Power banks are checked for stated capacity labeling and intact safety markings before shelving.
  • All units are stored in temperature-controlled, dry conditions, with battery-state-of-charge maintenance for power banks on long shelf stays.

What to check when your order arrives

On delivery, we encourage you to verify the sealed packaging, confirm the model number against the listing, check the manufacturer's authenticity markings or verification codes where the brand provides them, and test charging performance within our published return window.

If you believe an item is not genuine

Contact us at support@ampleaf.shop with:

  • Your order number from the confirmation email.
  • The product name and model number as listed on the storefront and on the item's packaging.
  • A clear description of the authenticity or quality concern.
  • Photographs of the packaging, the product markings, and where relevant the charging behavior or defect.

Once received, the process is straightforward: a claim acknowledgment is sent with a case reference; the claim is assessed against the retained purchase-lot documentation for the batch in question; complex cases may be escalated to the brand's authorized-channel representative for batch verification; and a written outcome — refund, replacement, or documented explanation — is provided to you.

Our remedy: if you reasonably believe an item is not genuine, we will, at your choice, refund the full purchase price including standard return shipping, or replace the item with a verified unit — without requiring you to navigate the manufacturer's process. Genuine authenticity or quality claims are resolved within our published return framework, and we commit to a written outcome for every accepted claim.

The practical facts

A few service basics so you know what to expect:

  • Shipping: free shipping on orders over $45.00; standard shipping is $8.00.
  • Returns: accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Warranty: coverage follows the manufacturer terms provided with each product.
  • Support: available by email at support@ampleaf.shop, handled by the specialist team described above.

That's the whole model: a small team, one narrow category, authorized sourcing, vetted products, and clear answers — so you can pick the right charger or power bank with confidence.
